SF1449 contains all the information needed to provide a complete quotation prior to closing date. This office will not accept any telephonic, written, or faxed requests for a copy of the solicitation. CLIN: Multiple (see Attachment 2-Price Spreadsheet) Description: Administrative Support Services [Administrative Manager I & II and Program Analyst] to Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) Department 10 (see SF1449 for details). Inspection and Acceptance: See SF1449 Period of performance: One (1) base year with four (4) one-year options Place of performance: The contractor's primary place of performance shall be at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD), PA.
