The contractor is responsible for all work and material required to complete this project. PROJECT LOCATION: The project is located along the Willapa Hills Trail in Pacific County beginning in the town of Menlo (Heckard Rd.) 46°39'14.9"N 123°40'56.0"W adjacent to SR6. Project continues West approx. 11.14 miles to near the town of Lebam, see construction plans. SUPPLEMENTAL BIDDER RESPONSIBILITY: For the purposes of the Supplemental Bidder Responsibility evaluation process, the scope of this project generally involves and requires the placement of crushed surfacing base course (C.S.B.C.) and/or crushed surfacing top course (C.S.T.C.) meeting WSDOT standard specification Division 9 materials - 9-03.9(3) & 9-03.9(10). Contractor (Low Bidder) must verify the approval status of an aggregate source as WSDOT Aggregate Source Approval (ASA) or provide 3rd party testing results for Degradation and Durability meeting specification requirements. SUBCONTRACTOR LISTINGS: Per RCW 39.30.060, when the bid proposal combined with any alternates totals one million dollars or more, the Bidder must list the Subcontractors they intend to use for structural steel, rebar installation, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, and electrical work on the Subcontractor Utilization List form for this project. ACCESS EQUITY: The successful Bidder is required to complete their vendor registration in Access Equity, a secure B2GNow online vendor management system. Prime Contractors already registered with B2GNow for any public entity must ensure their information is up to date.
