N--NY IROQOIS NWR HVAC QUARTERS

This contract entails the complete replacement of the existing fuel-oil boiler and HVAC system at the Iroquois National Wildlife Refuge Quarters located at 1109 Casey Road, Basom, NY 14013, with a new energy-efficient propane-fired furnace and central air conditioning system, along with the installation of a hardwired carbon monoxide and smoke detector with battery backup in compliance with Amanda’s Law and all federal, state, and local regulations. The contractor is responsible for removing and properly disposing of all existing HVAC components, including the oil tank, and managing all associated hazardous waste in accordance with EPA regulations under 40 CFR, the Clean Water Act, and the Clean Air Act. The scope includes full ductwork and lineset replacement, sealing of all ducting and insulation, test-and-balance procedures certified by NEBB or AABC standards, and site restoration to pre-work condition. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, and incidentals under a Firm-Fixed-Price structure with independent pricing for each line item, covering mobilization, testing, cleanup, and demobilization. The work must be completed within 98 calendar days after receipt of the notice to proceed, with performance commencing no later than 12 calendar days after notification, and all tasks finalized by September 30, 2026. The procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 238220 and will be awarded on a price-only basis.
