Full Description
National Wildlife Refuge Quarters located at 1109 Casey Road, Basom, NY 14013.
The contractor will provide all materials and labor to remove the existing fuel-oil boiler and HVAC
components at Refuge Quarters. The contractor will remove and dispose of all boiler components.
Contractor will provide all services, parts, and labor required to install a new energy-efficient
propane fired furnace and central air conditioning, along with a hardwired CO/Smoke detector in the
vicinity of the HVAC system.
