This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, New York. This requirement is for both bag cube ice and block ice to support Soldiers during PMT at Ft Drum, NY, delivery dates between 16 JULY - 15 AUGUST 2026. 


**Ice delivery scheduled dates and quantities of both Bagged cube ice and Block ice are listed in the attached Statement of Work. 


 All ice supplied under this contract must be manufactured from certified potable water sources fit for human consumption in accordance with federal, state, and US Army Public Health Center guidelines.


Delivery Location: NY MATES  Bldg. 4900 Tank Trail   Fort Drum, NY 13602.


Award will be made to the lowest responsible offer that can meet all criteria of the Statement of Work ,  RFQ,  and have an actvie registration on www.sam.gov. Vendors must provide a quote for ALL items required. Partial quotes will not be considered. All Quotes are to be emailed to Meghan.A.Sheridan.civ@Army.mil  No LATER than 29 JUNE 9:00 am EST.   Submit quote for each of the following items, unit price and total price for each.
