A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at: Building Address: 8721 Frank Baldwin Rd, Building 9121, Ft Carson, CO 80913 Room: Outside at project site (will have someone directing traffic off of Frank Baldwin Rd) Date/Time: September 8, 2026 at 11:00 AM Visitor Access Requirements: If you do not already have access to Fort Carson please allow extra time and go to the Fort Carson Visitor Center at 6012 Nelson Blvd, Fort Carson, CO 80913. You will need a physical copy of your drivers license, vehicle registration and proof of insurance. A sponsor is not required when applying for a pass but does require a valid purpose for visiting Fort Carson, such as Contractor Conference.
