1. Requirement: the Department of Indigenous Services Canada (ISC)/ Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada (CIRNAC) has a requirement to procure an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) through a software as a service (SaaS).The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to award one (1) Contract for the services.The initial contract period is two (2) years from contract award, with the provision of up to eight (8) additional one (1) year option periods, under the same terms and conditions.2. Objective: The Department requires an OHSMS that will allow the Client to compile, store, manage, monitor OHS-related information and help demonstrate their compliance with the OSH legal requirements.3. Security Requirements: MUST be met prior to Contract award, see RFP.
