Full Description

The Contractor shall provide, on temporary basis, attorney’s licensed in the State of New York to provide services related to hearings before the OCM, related to unlicensed cannabis activities. These services include all legal work related to hearings, including but not limited to preparation of written submissions, pre-hearing conferences, settlement discussions, representation of OCM at administrative hearings, post-hearing briefing, and drafting of final orders. These temporary attorneys would consult with and follow the instruction of OCM’s Office of General Counsel staff including supervising attorneys, and work as a team with OCM’s paralegals, administrative assistants, and/or certification analysts as need to complete the work.
