Inquiries Inquiry 94455 | 1We respectfully requests the State's consideration of a two-week extension to the current proposal submission deadline. Given the scope and complexity of the requirements, along with the need to coordinate resources across multiple subject matter experts and ensure a complete, accurate, and high-quality response, an additional two weeks would provide vendors with sufficient time to prepare more comprehensive proposals that best address the State's objectives. Would the State consider extending the proposal due date by two (2) weeks to allow offerors additional time to finalize their responses?2The RFP references an MBE set-aside participation requirement. Can the State clarify whether participation by an MBE is a mandatory requirement for all responding vendors, or whether vendors may submit a proposal without an MBE partner if they can independently meet all solicitation requirements? We anticipate performing all work with our own personnel and resources and do not currently foresee the need to engage subcontractors to satisfy the scope of work or contractual requirements. As such, clarification regarding the applicability and mandatory nature of the MBE participation requirement would be appreciated.3Please clarify if the document titled "Data Security and Privacy Terms" should be signed and provided with vendor responses or if this is required only of the vendor of choice post the RFP submission deadline.4Please clarify if the document titled "Supplement A State IT Policy Standard and Service Requirements" should be completed and provided with vendor responses or if this is required only of the vendor of choice post the RFP submission deadline.5Please confirm whether SaaS (vendor-hosted) solutions are acceptable under this procurement.6What is the average annual volume of specimens processed?7How many users does the State anticipate will be accessing the LIMS at the same time (concurrent users)?8Please provide your test compendium or, if the complete compendium is not available, the number and types of testing the laboratory performs.9The RFP identifies a number of laboratory instruments requiring integration; however, it is unclear whether the list provided is exhaustive. To ensure vendors can accurately assess integration scope, effort, and associated costs, can the State provide a complete inventory of all instruments that will require interface development, including the manufacturer (make), model number, and any available middleware information for each instrument?10Is data migration in scope for this project?11Are there any desired 3rd party integrations or interfaces? Reference labs, interpretation vendors, state reporting, EMR's, etc.)12What is the size of the current database for hosting cost estimation? | Answer: 1 | Answered: We respectfully requests the State's consideration of a two-week extension to the current proposal submission deadline.
