SCOPE OF WORK Project: Reflective Graphics Application for (2) 2025 Ford Transit Vans Ohio Department of Commerce Division of the State Fire Marshal Project: Reflective Graphics Application for Two (2) 2025 Ford Transit Vans Purpose: Professionally apply specified reflective graphics to enhance visibility, branding, and safety. All materials and printing must comply with OFA requirements. General Requirements Layouts must be submitted to OFA and approved prior to production. Only approved reflective materials may be used: 3M Scotchlite, 3M Diamond Grade, or Orafol Oralite V98. All exterior prints must be laminated using 3M gloss laminate. All printing must use Roland 8-Color Process Printing, Roland equipment, and Roland TrueVis Ink™. Vehicle: 2025 Ford Transit 350 – Red LOGOS Material: 3M 680CR Reflective (Printed) + 3M Gloss Overlaminate 14" State Fire Marshal Logo (Grayscale/Subdued) Installed on both cab doors STRIPING Material: 3M 680CR Reflective – Black 6" beltline stripe on both streetside and curbside LETTERING Material: 3M 680CR Reflective – Black, computer-cut Streetside: 4.5" "STATE FIRE MARSHAL" on raised roof 3" "FM01" on front fender Curbside: 4.5" "STATE FIRE MARSHAL" on raised roof 3" "FM01" on front fender CHEVRON (Rear) Material: Reflexite Red / Fluorescent Yellow-Green 6" alternating chevron pattern Applied to lower rear doors Approx. 15" tall × full vehicle width 4. Itemized Quote.
