This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Part 12.
The Request for Quotation (RFQ) RFQ1807891 is located in GSA. Please respond to the RFQ listed in GSA.
This requirement is for non-personal, commercial services to provide continuous and uninterrupted mailroom and production support for the Operational Evaluation Command (OEC) at Fort Hood, TX. The core need is for two (2) full-time, security-cleared personnel to manage all incoming/outgoing mail, operate reproduction equipment for both classified and unclassified documents, and handle secure message traffic. The period of performance is a 12-month base year with four (4) one-year option periods. These services are essential for the daily administrative and operational functions of the OEC. The work will be performed on-site at Government facilities.
This acquisition is set-aside 100% for 8(a) Business Development Program businesses and will utilize the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561499 (All other business support services) with a size standard of $21,500,000 and PSC R699, (Support- Administrative:Other).
