OER STEPS Initiative Program

The State of Rhode Island Office of Energy Resources is seeking a qualified energy education and workforce training provider to manage the professional development and energy workforce education components of the RI Clean Energy Internship Program, known as the STEPS Initiative. This solicitation, identified as RFP27006985, requires the selected provider to oversee the educational framework of the program to support clean energy workforce development within Rhode Island.
