Full Description
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Chief Counsel (OCC), has a requirement for commercial, cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) continuing legal education (CLE) and legal professional development subscription services. The subscription shall provide authorized OCC users access to live and on-demand CLE content, accredited legal coursework, course materials, completion tracking, state bar/licensing-jurisdiction reporting where permitted, user administration, account management, customer support, and usage reporting.
The requirement includes a 9-month base period and four 12-month option periods. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures. The Government also intends to conduct a reverse auction using the Unison reverse auction platform.
This opportunity is posted as open market with no set-aside restriction. Quoters shall review the attached RFQ, Statement of Work, SF 18, terms and conditions, and all instructions in Unison Marketplace. Pricing must be submitted through Unison Marketplace, and all required non-pricing documentation must be submitted in accordance with the RFQ and Unison posting instructions.
Questions shall be submitted through Unison Marketplace by the stated question deadline. Quotations are due by the date and time stated in the solicitation and Unison posting.
