Invitation to tender 01B46-24-035 Request for an offer to purchase – Purchase of Forage crops Tenders for the project indicated above will be accepted at the following email address, up to the tender closing date and time indicated below: contact@example.gov Tender Period Closing Date and Time: June 12, 2024 at 2:00 pm (Eastern Daylight Time). Scope of Work: The St. John’s Research and Development Centre of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) located at 204 Brookfield Road St John’s, NL A1E 6J5, require obtaining offers to perform forage and grain harvesting on its farm for the 2024 season. Site Visit: It is recommended that Firms intending to submit a proposal for this project visit the work site. A site visit will be held on June 5 , 2024 at 9:30 AM, Newfoundland Daylight Time, at the St. John’s Research and Development Centre. Participants to the visit will be requested to sign an attendance form. Attendance to this visit is NOT MANDATORY but Firms that do not attend will not be given an alternative appointment, although they will not be precluded from submitting an offer. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation and will be posted on CanadaBuys. Information requests and inquiries related to this tender process are to be directed, in writing, ONLY to the AAFC Contract Officer identified below.
