This NPP is issued pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60PQ-140003/C and covers a requirement from the following Product Category(ies) of the SA:- Product Category 1 - Interconnecting Panels and Freestanding Systems; - Product Category 2 - Freestanding Height Adjustable Desk/Table Products; - Product Category 3 - Metal Filing and Storage Cabinets; - Product Category 4 - Wood Veneer – Freestanding Products; - Product Category 5 - Ancillary and Lighting Products2. Parks Canada Agency has a requirement has a requirement for the purchase, delivery and installation of office furniture to 201 Village Road, Lake Louise, AB T0L 1E0 by January 20, 2023.2. Parks Canada Agency has a requirement for the purchase, and delivery of office seating to 201 Village Road, Lake Louise, AB T0L 1E0 by January 13, 2022.3. This NPP covers a requirement to be solicited amongst the General Stream of Suppliers (SA holders).4. This requirement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement and the Canada-Chili Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement and Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement.5. There is no security associated with the requirement6. Inquiries: Inquiries regarding this requirement must be submitted to the Contracting Authority named above.7. Submission of Bids: Parks Canada is not currently accepting bids via SAP Ariba, you must submit your bid VIA FAX OR EMAIL AS INDICATED IN THE SOLICITATION DOCUMENT.Bids must be submitted only to the Parks Canada Agency (PCA) Bid Receiving Unit by the date and time indicated on page 1 of the bid solicitation.Bids submitted in-person or by courier will not be accepted.The only acceptable facsimile for responses to bid solicitations is 1-866-246-6893.The only acceptable email address for responses to bid solicitations is soumissionsouest-bidswest@canada.ca.The maximum email file size that Parks Canada is capable of receiving is 15 megabytes. The Bidder is responsible for any failure attributable to the transmission or receipt of the emailed bid due to file size.The Bidder should be cognisant of the size of the email as a whole, and not only the attachments. Please take into consideration that some attachments, when sent, may be resized during the email transfer.
