Full Description

The Naval Special Warfare Command intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract to Crawford and Company, 13370 Kirkham Way, Poway, CA, 92064-7117, on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR Part 13.501(a), only one source is capable of responding to satisfy the agency's requirements. This procurement action is being conducted under FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for commercial items found at FAR 13.5. This notice is not request for competitive quotations. No solicitation will be issued, therefore any requests for the solicitation will not be considered. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 337215 with a small business size standard of 500. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received is at the sole discretion of the Government. New offices and sustainment configurations are required and must match existing design and manufacturer's components. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement. All responses from responsible sources will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
