Solicitation # EM_PROCUREMENT_UPDATE
The U.S. Department of Energy Office of Environmental Management issues these Procurement Special Notices as quarterly informational updates to provide potential offerors with projected schedules for major solicitation releases. These notices, managed by the Environmental Management Consolidated Business Center, aim to ensure robust competition and high-quality proposals by outlining anticipated draft and final Request for Proposal release dates over six-month windows.
