The projected Period of Performance (POP) for the anticipated requirement is November 15, 2023 to December 30, 2023 . The results of this market research will assist in the determination of the appropriate procurement methods. However, a determination by the Government not to compete this anticipated contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. If a solicitation is released, at a future date, it will be synopsized on the beta.sam.gov website. Also, if a future solicitation is issued, note the information within this Sources Sought Notice (including its attachments) may possibly be updated and/or changed prior to synopsis/solicitation. It is the responsibility of any interested offeror to monitor this site/beta.sam.gov for additional information pertaining to this anticipated requirement. (Note: any prospective Contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for any prospective award.
