Reposting due to no response.ODH is the lead state agency for radiological emergency response and must be prepared for any potential incidents and emergency situations. Assistance to communities during response is essential. This request is for 100 3-12002 Radwatch Dosimeters w/Velcro Strap (No FNDT), RadData software for data transfer, 1 Radlight – 01-AS-100 Radlight Reader Set (FEMA model), 1 Viewer-01-AS-001 RadViewer, and 100 base level, simple dosimeters for Community Reception Centers (CRCs).The Radwatch Dosimeter devices measure radiation exposure to local emergency workers during an emergency response incident and modernizes the state's ability to track radiation dose of emergency workers. The RadWatch Dosimeters serve both as a dosimeter of record and have the capacity to let first responders know the radiation dose while working and at the end of each mission. This provides ODH and local first response groups the ability to more closely monitor individual responders and reduce the amount of radiation they are exposed to during an incident.CRC Dosimeters are a simple dosimeter of record that are intended for Local Health District personnel and volunteers that will be operating Community Reception Centers and potentially exposed to radiologically contaminated members of the public. These dosimeters must be collected at the end of CRC operation, sent to the vendor for analysis, and report submission. This ensures emergency worker dose is tracked and limits are not exceeded. Shipping and freight to be included in cost of items being bid. Ship to:Ohio Department of Health35 E. Chestnut St.Columbus, OH 43215Attn: Melissa Mathias, BEHRPIf cost is under $5,000 and no credit card processing fee or terms and conditions, program prefers to use the credit card for purchasing.  Otherwise, a purchase order will be issued.
