This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number 1000262218 dated June 27, 2025 with a closing of August 12, 2025 at 14:00 Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders who bid on the previous solicitation. Canada is seeking to establish a contract for Oil & Gas Field Inspections, Production Audits & Examinations for 3 years with 2 one year option periods to extend the contract for the Indian Oil and Gas Canada (IOGC). There are security requirements associated with this requirement. For additional information, consult Part 6 - Security, Financial and Other Requirements, and Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses. For more information on personnel and organization security screening or security clauses, Bidders should refer to the Contract Security Program of Public Works and Government Services Canada (http://www.tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca/esc-src/introduction-eng.html) website”. Bids must be submitted only to Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) by the date, time and place indicated on page 1 of the bid solicitation.
