Full Description
The purpose of this requirement is to provide support and maintenance (including minor enhancements) of existing and to be developed data marts:
-Provide Data Mart Operations and Maintenance.
-Develop Business Intelligence/Analytic solutions (dashboards, scorecards, etc.).
-Prepare and Publish User Reports.
-Answer Customer Inquiries, provide Technical Assistance and guidance as needed & furnish complete responses to ad hoc Report Requests.
-Provide timely, culturally appropriate customer service and/or presentations as needed to IHS and Tribal staff.
-Provide Data Quality Assurance processes.
-Develop, test and assist with training and implementation of New or Enhancements to Existing Data Marts.
-Conform to Program/Project Management Processes.
-Prepare and Maintain Data Mart Documentation.
-Ensure Security Compliance in accordance with all IHS and Federal Regulations.
