It is the intention of this Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish a contract with highly qualifiedVendor(s) to conduct extensive background and drug screening for applicants, currentemployees and those candidates under promotion, transfer, temporary, contractors,volunteers, etc. In-depth screening shall include in criminal history, national sex offender, creditverification of social security number, education/certifications, verification of applicablelicenses and processes related to Form I-9/E-Verify, Department of Justice (DOJ) and otherrelated services on a national basis. Offeror(s) shall, provide these covered products, relatedand associated services under the terms of this RFP and the CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
