The Electrification and Strategic Technology Division (EST) of Seattle City Light (City Light) through the City of Seattle (City), oversees the utility's efforts related to transportation and building electrification, grid modernization and strategic technology initiatives. T o meet customer needs, respond to rapid regional growth , and address climate impacts i n the Pacific Northwest, City Light prioritizes delivering affordable, reliable and environmentally responsible energy services to both residential and non-residential customers. City Light is committed to identifying innovative approaches that streamline contracting and enhance service delivery . To support these efforts the EST Division is preparing to renew their On-Call consulting contracts through the City's public procurement process by issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). This RFQ seeks t qualified consulting firms to ensure on-going work through efficient and effective contracting mechanisms.
