NYCHA, by issuing this RFP, seeks proposal (“Proposal”) from a highly qualified Program Manager (PM) firm (the “Proposer”) to provide NYCHA with comprehensive, end-to-end Program Management Services for its large-scale Lead Abatement Program as detailed more fully within Section II of this RFP (collectively, the “Services”). NYCHA intends to enter into one agreement (the “Agreement”) with the selected Proposer (the “Selected Proposer” or the “Consultant”) to provide the Services. Contract Term: 3 years from the award date on NYCHA’s Purchase Order. NYCHA, in its sole discretion, shall have the option to extend the Term of this Contract for up to two one-year renewal options.
