On-Call Electrical Engineering Professional Services

The Cosumnes Community Services District is soliciting qualified electrical engineering consultants to provide on-call professional services under a five-year agreement with a maximum aggregate compensation of $200,000, whichever comes first. The scope of work includes preparing electrical plans, specifications, and engineer’s estimates for capital improvement and infrastructure projects such as parks, fire stations, and recreation buildings, along with Title 24 energy compliance calculations, permitting support, construction-phase oversight, and coordination with utilities and public agencies.
