The County of San Mateo Parks Department is seeking quotations for on-call maintenance, repair, and limited replacement services for gate systems located at various County facilities. This includes, but is not limited to, electric gate operators and arms, access control gate components, gate hardware, and solar-powered gate systems that support gate operation. The County is seeking qualified contractors capable of providing timely response for troubleshooting, repair, and restoration of gate functionality to ensure continued safe and reliable access control at County sites. Fencing repair and replacement services are expressly excluded from this scope. Please complete the Pricing Bid Table in section 3 and please also upload your competitive quotation including accurate lead times as well as any applicable freight and delivery costs for the items listed. Cost, conformity to specifications of goods, and product availability will be considered. After an evaluation of all quotations, a County purchase order is expected to be issued in association with the lowest, responsive bid received from a qualified, responsible, and manufacturer/publisher authorized vendor. Labor shall be billed in increments not greater than 0.25 hours.
