The City of Palm Springs is requesting Bids from qualified firms to provide the City with on-call general contractor services for building repairs and renovations.
The Bidder must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience providing general contractor services for building repairs and renovations of commercial, institutional and/or industrial facilities (non-residential). Bidder must provide details on Attachment H – Project Experience Form.
Bidders must possess a current Class B Contractor License. Bidder must provide a copy of contractor’s license with Attachment A.
