On-Call Grant Development, Compliance, and Technical Advisory Services

CityBus (Greater Lafayette Public Transportation Corporation) is the public transportation provider for the Greater Lafayette, Indiana region, delivering fixed-route, paratransit, campus, and mobility services that connect residents, businesses, educational institutions, and visitors throughout the community. As CityBus continues to advance its strategic priorities through fleet modernization, facility improvements, technology investments, passenger amenity enhancements, and long-range service initiatives, securing and effectively managing grant funding has become increasingly important to the Agency's success. To support these efforts, CityBus is seeking to establish an on-call professional services contract with a qualified consultant or consultant team to provide grant development, compliance, and technical advisory services. The selected consultant will serve as an extension of Agency staff, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise throughout the grant lifecycle—from identifying funding opportunities and preparing competitive applications to grant administration, regulatory compliance, reporting, and project closeout. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis through individually authorized task assignments during the term of the contract. The successful consultant will help strengthen CityBus's ability to secure funding, maintain compliance with applicable federal and state requirements, and successfully implement capital, operational, and strategic initiatives that benefit the community.
