Full Description

The County of Riverside (County) owns, operates, and maintains a Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) that spans intermittently throughout its 7,200 square mile service area, commingles with drainages of a myriad of public agencies, and drains to countless lakes, reservoirs, and impoundments within three watersheds, as it serves almost 400,000 unincorporated area residents. Due to its size, the County’s National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) compliance structure includes regulation and oversight by three Regional Water Quality Control Boards, and MS4 program compliance strategies and tools are coordinated among various County departments, and countless local and regional partners. The Purchasing Department, on behalf of the Executive Office and Department of Transportation, is soliciting proposals from qualified CONTRACTORS to provide general NPDES MS4, and Water Resources Programs administration and support, according to the specifications set forth in the Scope of Work of this RFP.
