The Statesboro Housing Authority is seeking qualified providers for on-call plumbing services through a Quotation for Small Purchase (QSP No. 4302026), with responses due by May 14, 2026. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible quoter offering best value, with pricing structured as fixed hourly rates for a Master Plumber, Plumber’s Assistant, Line Inspection Camera and Operator, Jetter-type Line Cleaner and Operator, and Grinder/Shredder Line Cleaner and Operator, plus a material mark-up percentage.
