ON Call Plumbing Services

The County of Stanislaus General Services Agency, Facilities Maintenance Division, is soliciting proposals for on-call plumbing and drain-clearing services across multiple County-owned facilities under solicitation BID 26-36-PL. The scope of work includes standard and emergency repairs, system maintenance, high-pressure water jetting, video camera inspections, and backflow testing. Selected contractors must provide a verbal response to service requests within one hour and submit written estimates for repairs. The County intends to award contracts to the two lowest-priced responsive and responsible bidders. Work is generally performed between 7:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., and all services must be authorized via a written Service Order.
