Full Description

Stanislaus County is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ’s) from contractors to provide on-call potholing services for various federal and non-federal funded projects. The first step RFQ will establish from this solicitation an approved on-call list of at least three contractors. The successful contractors will be awarded projects based on the second step RFP process. Selected contractors will be sent a project specific RFP solicitation. Project specific qualifications submitted by the contractors shall be evaluated and selected per the requirements provided within the RFP. Through this first step solicitation, the three most qualified firms will enter into an on-call master agreement for a not to exceed sum of $500,000.00, and the agreement will terminate when the “not to exceed sum” is expended. The initial contract amount with each selected contractor shall be limited to $199,000.00.
