This announcement is being made to support the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Requirements and Capabilities Analysis (RCA), Capabilities Management and Modernization division (CM&M) to open a BAA 70T04026BAA7573N001. The TSA RCA is interested in receiving concept papers for development projects that support the TSA mission of ensuring the safety and freedom of movement for people and commerce. To achieve its mission, the TSA seeks development opportunities across targeted strategic areas related to On-Person Screening (OPS) and Alarm Resolution (AR) processes for potential advancement and improvement to strengthen the agency’s ability to respond to shifting adversarial threats, detect emerging and evolving threats concealed on-person, and enable efficient and effective targeting of screening resources.
