One Compact Wheel Loader

Education & Training Resources (ETR) is soliciting bids for a subcontracting opportunity to lease one compact wheel loader for the Iroquois Job Corps Center located in Medina, New York. The lease term is scheduled for six months, running from November 1, 2026, through April 30, 2027. The equipment will be used for general center operations, specifically for moving soil and materials and performing snow removal. Required technical specifications include a 4-speed turbo-diesel engine with an intercooler and exhaust-gas optimization, a general-purpose bucket, and a fully enclosed cab with a heating system suitable for winter use. The contractor is responsible for the delivery and pick-up of the equipment, which must be provided in safe, reliable, and operable condition. This opportunity is set aside for various small business categories, including Veteran Owned, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned, Women-Owned, and HUBZone small businesses. Interested bidders must be registered with SAM.gov, possess a Unique Entity ID (UEI), and provide a W-9, business licenses, and certificates of insurance. Submission requirements include a completed bid sheet with a detailed monthly cost breakdown, delivery and pick-up charges, a proposed service schedule, and New York state licensing. Bids are due by 12:00 pm on October 16, 2026. Award selection is at the sole discretion of ETR and is not automatically granted to the lowest bidder.
