Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (BSA), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL), is soliciting quotations for the rental of a mobile, two-stage concrete crushing and screening system at the BNL Borrow Pit in Upton, New York.


The requirement includes a track-mounted primary jaw crushing plant and secondary impact crushing/screening plant for a thirty (30) consecutive calendar-day rental period. The rental shall include delivery, setup, commissioning, operator familiarization and training, technical and repair support, and removal of all Contractor-furnished equipment at the end of the rental period.


See the attached Statement of Work for complete requirements.


Offerors shall provide:


  1. A firm-fixed-price quotation for the complete requirement, including delivery, mobilization, demobilization, setup, training, support, and removal.

  2. Equipment make/model and technical literature demonstrating compliance with the Statement of Work.

  3. Any exceptions, exclusions, operating limitations, optional equipment, or BNL site requirements.

  4. Proposed equipment availability and delivery schedule.

  5. Vendor UEI and point-of-contact information.


Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quotation is technically acceptable and offers the lowest evaluated total price. Quotations are due October 8, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time.


Questions and quotations shall be submitted to the point of contact identified in this notice. The attached Statement of Work and applicable BSA terms and conditions are incorporated into this solicitation.
