One-Man Inflatable Life Raft- 100% small business set-aside, one item that fallls under NSN 4220-01-003-6763. This procurement will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) to be awarded under FAR 15. The IQC will be for a two year base period with three one-year options. Economic Price Adjustment will apply for the three one-year options. The guaranteed minimum for the base year as well as each option year is 77 units. The maximum dollar value of this acquisition is $5.9 million. Delivery for the first order will be 210 days, if FAT is required. Delivery for subsequent delivery orders will be 90 days. Surge requirements do not exist for this NSN. This procurement is for one competitive NSN. .This procurement will be evaluated using price only. Solicitation SPM8EH13R0002 will be issued on or around 3/22/13 and may not become evaluated until the solicitaiton is issued. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The drawing may be requsted through email when the solicitation becomes available.
