This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) intends to issue a noncompetitive contract IAW FAR Model Deviation [Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO)] 12.102(b) to ARTEMIS TECHNOLOGIES INC, 51 Watson RD S, Guelph, On, N1L 1E3, Canada (UEI: HKZ8PU9ZUE22) for ONRAB oral rabies vaccine baits because IAW 41 U.S.C. 1901 there is only one responsible source and no other sources will satisfy agency requirements.


Solicitation number 12639526Q0081 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for ONRAB oral rabies vaccine batis. All responsible sources may submit a quotation for consideration.


This acquisition  is not set-aside for small business concerns.  This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.  The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.


The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 325414. The small business size standard is 1,250 employees. This acquisition is an unrestricted requirement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
