Open End Design Services

Piedmont Community College is soliciting architectural services through an Open End Services Design Agreement to support informal campus projects, selecting three firms for a one-year contract with an optional one-year extension. The procurement is governed by North Carolina State Building Commission guidelines and requires proposers to submit a Letter of Interest not exceeding ten single-sided pages or five double-sided pages, along with the mandatory Standard Form 254, in three printed copies and one digital copy. No federal acquisition regulation clauses, accounting codes, or electronic invoicing systems are referenced; funding originates from county sources. The college will not accept proposals submitted after the August 13, 2026 deadline, and all submissions must include the current State Building Commission version of the SF-254 form.
