The Department of Labor (DOL), on behalf of the Employment and Training Administration (ETA), Office of Job Corps (OJC), has a requirement for Career Technical Training services and support for Heavy Construction in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. DOL anticipates that this requirement will result in an award of a Fixed Price Incentive Fee (FPIF) Firm Target type contract. Eligible vendors shall provide technical and price proposals by the applicable due date. Any discount terms are highly encouraged.
