The City has issued this Request for Proposal (RFP) in order to solicit Proposals from interested and qualified Proposers to coordinate and manage two (2) senior centers that provide congregate meal programs, (each one (1) hereinafter referred to as a “Senior Center I", "Senior Center II, or collectively, "Senior Centers”). Proposers may submit a proposal to operate one (1) or two (2) of the Senior Centers and should identify which center(s) they intend to respond to in their Technical and Cost Proposals.
Proposers intending to respond to Senior Center II, will additionally be required to propose a viable site that can serve, on average, 60-participants on a daily basis (See Section C-2).
