This will allow single sign-on, reports, data, inventory updates, and annual metrics.The Operator Certification Tracking System solution is a role-based web application that would allow for the management of the entire operator certificate issuance process, including training and facility management. The web application is built on a Microsoft tech stack that can be hosted in a State environment or in our Azure Cloud environment. The Operator Certification Tracking System solution includes, but is not limited to: Operator Profile Training Management Exam Management Facility Management Facility Compliance Facility Submissions/Reporting Drinking Water Monthly Operating Staffing Lead Pipe Inventories Labs A-4 Certificate Issuance and Renewals Certificate Generation & Printing Payment Processing Document Library Task Based DashboardsWorkflows Rules Validation Interfaces Email Notification Generation Reporting Searches System and User Administration Ability to connect to the State Single-sign-On and Active Directory Implementation Project Kick off Requirements gathering and initial backlog development Environment set up (Work with IT team) Application development or configuration – Multiple Phases Convert the database from SQL server to Postgresql Interfaces Data Conversion and Migration System UAT setup in test environment and vendor testing Staff and End-User Training UAT and updates Final Implementation moves to Production Support and Maintenance After Go Live – 600 hours – software maintenance annually Software Maintenance will be required yearly as long as the system is live.
