The scope of this PWS is to provide ISMS maintenance and installation services for OPM facilities, where OPM has delegated authority to manage the physical security program at its federally owned and leased facilities. Currently, OPM has delegated authority to manage the ISMS services programs at the OPM Headquarters, Theodore Roosevelt Federal Building (TRFB), located in Washington, DC, and facilities located at Boyers, PA, East Butler, PA; and Cranberry, PA and OPM Macon, Georgia facility located at 4685 Log Cabin Drive, Macon, GA 31204. The Contractor shall provide and maintain all management, supervision, workforce, training, equipment, supplies, licenses, permits, certificates, insurance, pre-employment screenings, reports, and files necessary to provide ISMS maintenance and installation services outlined in the PWS.
