Ohio Pharmacy Services (OPS) is soliticing quotes for 30-gallon wax coated paper bags.50 bags per bundle.Size 16x11x39Approximate annual usage 50,000 bags.We will need to break this amount down into monthly shipments throughout fiscal year 2027 due to minimal storage space at OPS..We will contacting the winning vendor, monthly, when each shipment is required.Before contract is awarded will require a sample amount of bags to ensure we are receiving the correct bags and the meet all requirements.
The Ohio Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) will award this project to the lowest-cost responsive and responsible supplier. The awarded supplier must include all applicable costs for delivery, setup, and warranty in their submission.Substitutions are not permitted unless explicitly authorized within the solicitation documentation.All pricing must be clearly entered into the OhioBuys item grid. If a separate quote is submitted, the total must exactly match the amount listed in the item grid. Discrepancies may result in disqualification.DBH reserves the right to purchase up to the full quantities specified in the sourcing project.Important: All vendor inquiries must be submitted exclusively through the Inquiry Field in OhioBuys.
