ED.gov website is run on Drupal app which is running on Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP (LAMP) stack. The MySQL is a back-end database for Drupal that houses ED.gov data. This RFQ shall not be considered direction to proceed with the subject effort, nor a promise of future direction to proceed. Vendors are solely responsible for all costs incurred with the preparation and submission of their quote. b. This FFP procurement is for a period of performance of July 15, 2016 - July 14, 2017. 2. Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 -- Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items. Your offer MUST cite your Cage Code and Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS).
