The selected contractor must hold an active Top Secret security clearance and comply with all safeguarding requirements outlined in the DD254, including handling Controlled Unclassified Information and NHHC Critical Information with strict confidentiality restrictions, prohibition on public dissemination, and adherence to OPSEC and NIST SP 800-171 standards. The work involves creating a unified inventory to reconcile approximately 619 boxes of physical holdings with digital records in Content Manager, processing media including transcripts, CDs, cassette tapes, and 3.5" floppy discs, and ensuring all archival procedures follow the NHHC Archives Branch Processing Manual.
