Timber sale of all timber designated for removal at Pierce County’s Orangegate Park (4605 84th St E, Tacoma, WA 98466) in Section 36, Township 20 North, Range 3 East, W.M, containing 12 acres, more or less. All timber described in Schedule A of Timber Sale Contract for Unit #1 (Commercial Thinning); marked with orange paint (excluding snags) in Unit #2 (Right-of-Way (ROW)); and additional trees needed for skid trail locations between Units 1 and 2 as approved by the Contract Administrator will be cut, removed, and hauled off-site by successful bidder. No downed timber may be removed. Old growth stumps (stumps over 3’ diameter) may not be removed or damaged.
