Assign FEC to prepare SOW/IGE/RFP for FY26 award of project. New alignment attached. Draft 1391 complete too. Design to meet OP-5 and FDOT requirements for lane width at a design speed of 35 MPH. Minimum road elevation 10 FT above mean sea level. Construction will require maintenance of traffic. OP-5 requirements for movement of ordnance. Resiliency and sustainability. Project will require environmental permitting and NAVAIR waiver for construction period. SOME UTILITIES WILL NEED TO BE RELOCATED AIRFILED AND BOUNDARY FENCES WILL NEED TO BE RELOCATED. SITE APPROVAL REQUIRED SECTIONS OF OLD ROAD WILL BE REMOVED
