A&E SERVICES (PREPARE A DESIGN-BID-BUILD (DBB) CONSTRUCTION PACKAGE CONSISTING OF FULL PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, DETAILED COST ESTIMATE, AND OTHER SERVICES AS REQUESTED BY A-E SERVICES TASK ORDER) TO REPLACE 1945 VINTAGE GRINNELL DELUGE SPRINKLER VALVE AND PNEUMATIC RED HEAD INITIATION DEVICES IN OPERATING BAYS, CONVERT RED HEADS TO HEAT STICKS, REMOVE NEED FOR PNEUMATIC INITIATION DEVICES AND SMALL AIR COMPRESSOR AT SPRINKLER RISER.
