NBSD Requirements Branch WIB Submission Form Work Type (contract or shops): CONTRACT Maximo Location: NBSDDRY- 3279 Scope of work (include mission need dates, and or special requirements): REPLACE 19 SKY LIGHTS LOCATED ABOVE THE BASKETBALL COURT 1. REPLACE 19 SKY LIGHTS ABOVE THE BASKETBALL COURT (CONTRACTOR REPLACED 1 SKY LIGHT 5/2022. EXISTING SKY LIGHTS SHOW EXTENSIVE AGEING AND HAVE MULTILPLE REPAIRS. THE DOMES ARE NOW SAGGING DUE TO THE UV AND THE WEIGHT OF THE SUN REFLECTOR HANGING BELOW IT. THIS HAS CREATED A BOWL ON TOP WHICH ALLOWS FOR WATER INTRUSION AND LEAKS ONTO THE BASKETBALL COURT. 2. INSTALL PROTECTIVE RAILS BELOW THE SKY LIGHTS WHICH WILL ATTACH TO THE RAISED SIDES RATHER THAN ATTACHING TO THE ROOF AND PENETRATING THE NEW ROOFING MATERIALS JUST INSTALLED 5/2022. .
