The project will include concrete repairs to fourteen (14) magazines at NWS Seal Beach. The magazines in the project are 43, 44, 46, 49, 51, 53, 607, 653, 661, 855, 856, 880, 882, and 910. EXPLOSIVE SAFETY REVIEW AND POTENTIAL NOSSA REVIEW REQUIRED. 1. WORK LOCATION (Base, Building, Floor/Room/Area, Interior/Exterior, as required) Base-Building: Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach. Floor: 2. LOCATION POC INFO Command: NMC 3. ISSUE & IMPACT (If not completed): 30/60/90 rebar will get worse and this will become a structural issue 4. DESCRIPTION OF WORK (Full Project SCOPE): 30/60/90PROJECT CONSISTS OF CONCRETE PATCHING EACH BUILDING LISTED BELOW. SEABEA-43, SEABEA-44, SEABEA-46, SEABEA-49, SEABEA-51, SEABEA-53, SEABEA-607, SEABEA-634, SEABEA-653, SEABEA-661, SEABEA-855, SEABEA-856 and SEABEA-910. Chip off loose concrete and clean exposed surface. Apply bonding agent and patch with new concrete. See attached pictures 5. FUNDING: ST 6. POSSIBLE ENERGY PROJECT? No 7. YEAR OF EXECUTION: 2026 8.
