Work Type: CONTRACT Location: NBSD:153 POC: SERGIO URCADIZ Scope of work: 1) REMOVE 18 WOODEN SUPPORTS BEAMS. BEAMS ARE ALL DETERIORATING DUE TO TERMITE . 2) PROVIDE POSSIBLE BRACING WHILE PERFORMING WORK. 3) INSTALL NEW SUPPORT AND FASTEN WITH NUTS AND BOLTS. SAR: N/A L/A test: ON FILE AC waiver: N/A Mission Need Date (MND): 1ST QTR FY 25 Required Beneficial Occupancy Date (RBOD): DECEMBER 1ST, 2024 Funding Type: CNIC Priority 3 Designation: Mission Contact FMS with any questions prior to and upon completion of work.
